I don’t usually schedule engagement sessions in December due to it usually being too cold, but we were blessed with a light breeze and lots of sunlight for Allie and Jonny’s session - so I was SUPER HAPPY about that!!! Piedmont Park never fails, so many beautiful spots and we definitely visited them all. We laughed, people-watched, talked about all the fun wedding details, and had the best time together - I can’t wait for their wedding day in August!!
Loved my time with this sweet family. I’ve known Mrs. Amanda since I was a little girl, so when she asked me to take these photos for her immediate family and her partner’s family - OF COURSE I said yes! Indian Springs always provides my clients and I with the best lighting/shaded spots for sessions - so we definitely were blessed during our time together!!!
This sweet, sweet family found me from a wedding I photographed years ago - booked me for a family session that same year, and then booked me for family photos again this year….but with a twist - family photos…PLUS engagement photos for their son and future daughter in love AND senior photos for their almost graduate! It’s always an honor taking photos of the same families, but when they bring on more and more tasks - I can’t help but feel blessed. Loved my time with them and can’t wait for future sessions together!
I will forever and always love Savannah for an engagement session, especially when we take photos on Jones Street!!! My photographer heart truly cannot handle the beautiful moss-filled trees, the golden light that shines bright throughout each corner, and the funky colored houses all lined up just waiting for us to take photos in front of. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved this city so whenever I book a couple that either lives around Savannah or is getting married near here/on Tybee Island - I practically squeal every time!!! Can’t wait for Mary and Jack’s wedding in December at The Tybee Island Wedding Chapel & Grand Ballroom - it’s going to be OH SO beautiful!!! But until then, enjoy some of their engagement photos that I just can’t stop staring at!
Loved hanging out with Jenny and catching up while taking her college graduate photos a few days ago! We had the best weather and the park wasn’t crowded at all, so it made her photos THAT MUCH better!!!
The sun was shining and so was the glow from this sweet sweet couple!! Andrea and Lyle’s wedding day turned out to be so full of fun, laughter, and love! Every single detail, you could tell, meant so much to each one of their guests and family members. I loved being their photographer and I loved going through these photos while editing because they’re definitely some of my favorites. I’ll never get over how beautiful Toccoa Falls is!!
Loved my time with Carly and Tyler, walking around Downtown Macon. We found all the prettiest spots and ended our session ontop of a parking deck, looking out over the city at sunset, and it was so so beautiful!
I truly have no words for how special and beautiful this wedding day was for Anna-Brooke and Perry. Every single moment of their day, you could truly feel Jesus all throughout. The sweetest family members, the sweetest ceremony/guests, and the absolutely sweetest vendor staff. My heart is so full from editing these photos for them (and honestly from just being apart of this wedding in general).
Absolutely loved my time with Shelby, walking around The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and enjoying all the beautiful flowers!!! There were so many spots for photos and my photographer heart couldn’t handle all the pretty backdrops! We were truly blessed with the prettiest weather, it couldn’t have gotten any better than this!
Oh gosh, where do I even begin??? Anna Brooke and Perry are two of the sweetest people ever and we had such a wonderful time exploring Savannah for their engagement session. The rainy weather definitely made things a little difficult, but we made everything work and these photos turned out so beautiful!
I will always, always, always love taking photos for my family. I’ve photographed my sister’s high school/college graduate photos as well as NOW 3 of my cousin’s high school graduate photos and each time feels so so bittersweet. I can’t believe how fast time flies!! One minute, they’re reading books with silly little hats on and the next they’re going to The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS) for college!!! Phew, my heart.
I have done so many college graduate sessions here lately and I am LOVING every second of it!!! As a family member of many GSU alumni students, I must say….I am totally in love with all the royal blue in my editing queue!
Love when I get to photograph maternity/family sessions for previous wedding clients!!! Being apart of so many special moments, for each one of my couples, is truly an honor!! When Bradley and Mary asked me take these photos for them….of course I was OVER THE MOON!!! We had the best weather, the prettiest lighting, and the sweetest time together.
Goodness gracious, EVERYTHING about this day turned out to be absolutely STUNNING!!! Every detail was so intricately designed and put together - Kelsi and Zach really outdid themselves - so they could share their love story with their closest friends and family! Truly just the best day ever and I was so thankful they asked me to be their photographer! So many special moments, so many beautiful memories, and oooooh so many photos.
There is nothing truly better than a sunny graduate session in the city!!! Bailey and her Mom were two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and it was such a joy walking around Atlanta and Georgia State’s campus with them. Everything turned out to be so beautiful!
Oh my goodness, I loved my time with Natalie and Conner!!! We had the best lighting and the weather was absolutely stunning, which I was so thankful for because we had to reschedule a few times due to stormy weather conditions. Atlanta truly blessed us with sunshine, cherry blossoms, and the best time!
It’s always a good day when I get to photograph a wedding at the ever so lovely Magnolia House and Garden!!! ❤️ All day long, Pamela and Antonio were just smiling, smiling, smiling!!! Seriously, all day. These two couldn’t stop smiling about the fact they were getting married and it was just the cutest thing! Their genuine love for each other radiated throughout every conversation and every room - which was so special to witness (and photograph)!!!
The absolute best wedding day ever to kick off my 2023 wedding season!!! Gosh, Hunter and Ileana were just the sweetest things and it was such an honor to be apart of their beautiful wedding! ❤️ (Their venue also serves as a cat sanctuary so there were tons of adorable fur babies walking around the property, the entire day, but I had one specifically follow me around while snapping some detail photos and he became my little buddy for the morning so of course I had to add him into the blog post!!!)
I always tell my clients to never worry about the forecast for their session because it’s always a fun challenge of mine to capture engagement photos even when it’s pouring down rain the entire time! There is something so magical about the lighting from a cloudy day, like today, so I’ll never pass up an opportunity to shoot in this type of weather condition!!! Pamela and Antonio totally rocked their session, you couldn’t even tell it was absolutely freezing!!! We walked all around the Beltline and inside Ponce City Market, hitting up all the fun spots I love to stop at - which weren’t crowded AT ALL so we definitely lucked out (weekday sessions are just the best)!!! So grateful for these two, trusting me to be apart of their engagement photos and now their wedding that’s coming up in March!
You’ve probably seen this family on my blog/website over a thousand times it feels like!!! It’s always a pleasure photographing Samantha and Logan - from senior photos, to family photos, to engagement photos, to newborn photos, and now Christmas card photos…I just can’t help but feel blessed at the fact I’ve been apart of so many special memories for them!
OH MY GOODNESS. No words. I have no words for how amazing this photoshoot was with Kelsi and Zach. We explored the Florida Botanical Gardens, the Don DeSar Hotel (which was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, and caught a beautiful sunset by the water before ending our time together with dinner where we chatted about all things wedding planning (so much fun)!!! These two have already become such good friends and I can’t wait to be apart of their wedding day next April!!!! It’s going to be the most magical day.
Oh MY goodness!!! This session, this family, and this STUDIO!!! Everything about today’s photoshoot turned out to be so beautiful and I couldn’t help but rush home so I could start editing their preview gallery. Oh how I love family sessions in the city….hehe!
This wedding day was truly one of the sweetest days I’ve ever photographed!!!!! Everything James and Raegan planned for their wedding turned out to be so intentional and beautiful!!! You could truly feel the Lord’s presence every second of the day and I was so honored to witness their genuine love for each other and their excitement for what’s in store as husband and wife!!!!
I absolutely loved my time with Alyssa and her family as I took her senior photos a few weeks ago!!! Because Southern Belle Farms was insanely packed when we got there that Saturday, I definitely had to work a few photography magic spells and find angles where you couldn’t see the crowds of people or farm animals/etc in the background - but gosh everything turned out to be so beautiful! I’m so glad we chose this location for her photos!!!
Loved hanging out with Ryan and Taylor this past Sunday, during their beautiful engagement session at Arabia Mountain! They were just the sweetest things and I can’t wait for their wedding next July!!!
Four years ago I got an inquiry from a bride’s mom asking if I could photograph her daughter’s intimate wedding/reception…and last night, I got to photograph a small backyard wedding for that same mom!!! It was so good reconnecting with her sweet family and also hanging out with a bunch of former teachers/neighborhood friends, who were guests, that once knew me as “little Juliette” from back in the day. ❤️ It was truly a beautiful evening and I will forever love photographing weddings like this.
It’s crazy how small the world feels sometimes!!!! One day I’m playing on the playground with my neighbor’s friends from church and then…..the next (years down the road), I’m photographing a wedding for one of them. When I originally got McKenzie’s email, I was OVER THE MOON because at first she spoke about being recommended to me by a previous bride of mine but then I kept reading….and kept trying to figure out why her name sounded so familiar….and then I got to the part where she mentioned memories from our childhood where we all used to play together at my sweet neighbor’s house which truly just blew my mind that she even remembered that!!! It’s been so much fun reconnecting with her and being apart of this special time in her life/relationship! I hope you guys enjoy these photos from their garden engagement session because phew, I absolutely love them!!! This location has always been one of my favorites and when she mentioned wanting photos with flowers/greenery everywhere….I just KNEW this was the place to go!
Celebrating these two yesterday was honestly just the best!!!! The weather, their BEAUTIFUL vows, her pearl-filled veil, Terrell’s genuine smile every time he looked at Krista, and so much more - phew, my heart couldn’t take it! ❤️
Oh don’t mind me, just casually bawling my eyes out because I got to photograph my beautiful cousin Haley as she went off to her SENIOR prom a few days ago!!! Gosh, time flies! She has grown into such a strong, confident, outgoing, and compassionate woman - I can’t wait to see how she flourishes in college and BEYOND!!! Haley bug, you make us all proud and I hope prom was everything you hoped it would be!
I have known this family for as long as I can remember and they truly are some the sweetest humans I have ever met - so of course I was ecstatic when Thomas booked a family session for his Mom’s Christmas gift!! PLUS they brought their pups along so I was super happy about that as well!
